  Erich Weihrauch I do believe the reason for that is that the ovens are cleaned every night. I'm assuming this is the reason because I've had a similar experience as well as most of my family. When confronting my middle child who has worked at a few different locations, this was the only answer she could give me. Unfortunately I think she is right and I think this is part of the reason I stopped ordering food from their years ago. However from what I was told if you order a few hours later after they open and few hours before they close.. they do not have that horrible metallic taste. I could be wrong, she could be wrong but I figured I'd throw it out there. Other than that the service has been quick and my coffee always comes out perfect depending on who may be working that day. I've lived in the same house for 25 year's now and I still don't mind the less than 2 mile drive to get my delicious coffee everyday!
